Cost of Shipping
The second Garment will always cost you less in terms of shipping when you buy 2 or more.
Buying multiple items will save you a lot on shipping.

Add your favorite product to the cart, you will find a shipping estimator on the shopping cart page, choose your country from there and our software will automatically calculate shipping according to the country you are located in, the more products you add the shipping cost goes down.
Once you decide to buy a product you will get to fill in your details which will include your country and the shipping cost will be calculated in your total order automatically.
PO Boxes
Please dont give PO addresses, it always causes trouble.
APO Addresses
Please do not give APO addresses, we do not have the facility to service these areas, we would love to server the Armed Forces but we always face problems when we try to deliver to APO boxes
LDFD
The courier will deliver it to the address provided by you, if you are not at home they may also use their LDFD(Left at front door) option which is mostly common in USA.
Returns
If our measurements differ significantly from what you submitted or ordered, we will replace the garment with a new one, absolutely free of charge, upon the return of the old garment for us to check. As these garments are custom-made especially for you, we do not provide returns, refunds and exchange. This policy also applies to pre-set sized (ready-size) garments, as they too are custom-made once ordered. If you provide body measurements, we will add ease to the garment for comfort and fit in certain areas, based on our standard defaults or your chosen fit preference. The customer must ship the item to our contact address at their own cost.
One should keep in mind due to the nature of hand made garments the measurements may differ a bit from the actual measurements submitted, this will not differ much, a small percentage margin should be allowed.
From experience we have found out that if you measure yourself according to our instructions you cannot go wrong, you are used to wearing the ready made fit which are made and cut without keeping in mind your measurements, here we make according to more than 7 measurement of yours.
Leather being a natural material can have uneven color/spots/effects , these natural imperfections are a part of the natural process and cannot be controlled, this is also a proof of real leather being used, these imperfections are more in the vintage leather series.
On zipper jackets/vests the zipper slider is mostly on the left.
Please note we cannot control customs duties of your country, tax and duties if any has to be paid by customers on orders shipped outside USA.
