The leather is very soft and feels great. It does run small, so order up a size to have the right fit. I am a size 4, and needed the size 36. Very trendy and cute!

The custom jacket I received is awesome! I only wish I wouldn't have been so paranoid about the measurements and followed their exact instructions. Since I was worried about the jacket fitting over bulkier items of clothing, I added two inches in the biceps and waist. I wish I wouldn't have done that. I bought this as my first ever bespoke purchase and was unsure if the quality would be as it looks, but it is everything and more for the price, you can either take advantage of adding your own personal sizing or go for a size chart, also I took the option of adding the thinsulate body warmer lining so I can wear all year around in UK, the communication from start to finish is excellent and delivery is via DHL worldwide, it was here 2 days after posting!
