I was skeptical at first I got the Jim Morrison jacket it is really good quality. I was pleasantly surprised I had a custom measurement and it fits pretty close to exactly what you measure so if you want it a bit looser, be sure to give an extra few inches I really recommend if all the other jackets are as good as what they sent for the Jim Morrison one two thumbs up.

Ordered the black Jim Morrison Jacket w/ large brown lapels. Very responsive service by Leathercult staff. Based on carefully provided measurements, this is perfectly fitted. And the black/brown leather combo can be worn with literally any color scheme. It is light enough to be worn year round (over a turtleneck or sweater in cooler months). The styling is very reminiscent of the jacket worn by Morrison in 67-68 but not to the point of looking like a costume - rather, this is a very stylish and practical interpretation. The large lapels are quite amazing - like those of a double-breasted jacket, but on a single-breasted short car coat (and as big as those worn in photos of Deep Purple's original lineup in 68). More mod/freakbeat than biker. It's fantastic!

I always loved Jim Morrison's jacket and when I saw that I could actually buy one I thought it was too good to be true, especially one tailored to me. When it arrived though I was absolutely blown away. It exceeded all of my expectations beyond anything I could have imagined. The quality is amazing and I was very impressed with all the fine details such as the reinforced buttons and beautiful stitching. The picture and model styling makes the product appear more supple and shirt-like . I was planning to wear it under a coat but the product is more jacket than shirt. I chose shiny-black as the leather type but it's not as shiny as I had hoped. It's a nice quality jacket that I will enjoy wearing , however.

Beautiful product. Be sure to check the sizing chart to get the best fit.

fits perfectly I added 1" to all measurements so I could wear a bulky shirt if needed, leather is a bit thin but very soft, would have liked it a bit longer but there is a maximum length. all in all, a great coat.

The previously jackets that I bought from Leathercult were really good, but this one was perfect. The fit and craftsmanship are excellent. The craftsmanship was great. Our only complaint is the belt is about two feet too short. Women like to have a longer belt.

My wife has been trying to obtain a pair of genuine leather pants for some time. Even on our recent trip to Italy we had trouble finding a suitable pair to match a coat she purchased in Florence. Out of desperation I tried the web and located Leathercult. We made an error on the measurements and they located the problem and contacted us. We then sent the adjusted measurements and they arrive just before Christmas. It ended up being one of the best presents I have ever been able to give her! They are perfect! Jacket looks really good for the price just got it so can't say if it's made to last. Just be carefull with size ordered it too small can't return. So now me and my boyfriend will have matching jackets I guess

The jacket was delivered on time and was good quality. It is somewhat tight in the arms and shoulders so be sure to go a size larger than normal. Overall, a good purchase.

Very low key yet very stylish. The leather is extremely soft and supple. It wears more like a shirt than a sport coat. I wear it with mock and full turtle neck sweaters; it rocks. Draws many complements and queries regarding its' make and source.
