I used to have a jacket like this before, but the quality was cheap as was it's pricing. This jacket however was wonderfully made, I've never had a real authentic custom leather jacket before. And man you guys did not disappoint! This jacket looks, feels, and smells like the real thing. It feels amazing with my hoodie in the cold, I pray that this jacket will last for a lifetime. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality jackets. Thank you ever so much for delivering this amazing Jacket. I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite jacket on the Citadel. I've chosen the thinsulate lining and it's really warm and light. I thought that the red stripes would' ve a bit brighter. It's pretty good.

Its a little tight but i'm a fat bastard, otherwise its absolutely beautiful and I love it. Gonna lose 10 pounds and ill look so badass.

I requested that the collar be a normal collar because I don?t like the biker collar. I went into a lot of detail, explaining what I wanted and they sent me just the regular thing with no modifications whatsoever. They offered to give me $10 off my next purchase, but that doesn?t help me when I paid extra money to have a customized and yet they act as if I?m in the wrong, that?s probably the biggest problem with leather cult. If you want something off the rack they manage to mess it up and if you want something customized they?re going to butcher it to hell you?re better off spending your money somewhere else

As a long time Mass Effect fan, this coat was perfect, the fit was amazing and it looks beautiful, I couldn't find better anywhere.

An excellent leather jacket, with supple leather and a good cut. The interior lining is of high quality. My only quibble is that the stripes on the shoulders and arms are sewn on the jacket, instead of integrated into the design, like with other N7 jackets sold worldwide and that the leather used in the stripes seems to be not of waterproofed, i.e. impregnated. I've yet to go out in the rain with the jacket on, so we'll see how that goes. The jacket still was worth every cent I spent on it, including the money customs took off me when it arrived in Germany. :)

I'm very happy with my jacket! Great quality and fits like a glove (they followed the measurements perfectly). Delivery was also on time and the package gives it a quality feel.

I was a little apprehensive buying a leather jacket online but I looked up other reviews on Youtube for their jackets and were very impressed by the level of quality that goes into their garments. I decided to get mine custom made to my measurements and before they started making the jacket I received an email saying the sleeve measurement didn't seem right. I was impressed at their attention to detail even before they had started making it. I corrected my measurements and within a month I received the jacket. It is by far the best fitting jacket I have ever owned. The whole garment is immaculate. The fabric used is top quality and feels super soft. The stitching is near perfect with no loose or random threads. The measurements are near exact and fits exactly as it should. The zip is a high quality metal the attention to detail is fantastic. The design is almost exact to the model from the game and I don't think you could get any closer without paying at least twice as much. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I received this jacket for Christmas and was truly surprised by the overall quality of the garment, it's finely stitched and scrupulously attentive to detail in regards to the jacket in the third installment of the Mass Effect series.

I ordered this jacket with thick goat leather. It was made by my custom size parameters. Leather is of high quality, all product looks very well made. Size fits me really well. It was made exactly as I wanted. I'm very satisfied about this jacket.

I'm very pleased with my new coat. The quality is great and the fit is perfect. The only snag is the zipper it gets stuck a bit. Regardless I still love the coat. I would order again.

The jacket is very light and comfortable. It is an eye catcher and draws many compliments. Only suggestions are the leather could be heavier and the buckles could be cast as opposed to stamped steel.

The jacket arrived exactly as pictured in the website. The leather buttery soft. I asked for extra length and ALL the measurements were exactly as requested. Very pleased with the jacket I received...Well Done!!!

It would have been wonderful it you had not sent the wrong colour that of charcoal grey. I will keep it though to give to a friend for Christmas : He will absolutely love it! So I would like to reorder it but please hoping to receive the right colour that of metallic lurex grey and could you make it a little slimmer please as I found it to be a little too broad like the old "kipper' ties of the 70's.

It is a very beautiful design immediately 'classy'. You made one for me in cherry red. The whole experience was truly great starting just with the the packaging itself. You also followed my instructions and made my shirt unlined. The only fault was that your idea of slim was for me a bit too baggy so I had to have it taken in further by a very good local tailor.

Exceptionally perfect! I gave my measurements, and about 2 weeks later I received my pants. They're incredibly comfortable and I couldn't have asked for better quality. This jacket was perfect! I really appreciated that they took the time to email me to say that my measurements looked off. I was able to re measure and correct my numbers before they made the jacket (I had never measured someone before). The jacket looked exactly as I expected, and fit perfectly! I have only one problem with this and the other jackets I have order, and that is the zipper but the rest of the workmanship is great. Zipper are fragile and you have to work at them to get the zipper to zip-up. I like this jacket very much thank you and you artist in leather.

This jacket was a birthday gift for my daughter. She is more than pleased with it. Good quality & fit. This is the second jacket of this style I have bought, the first one is getting too small for her, hence the reason for buying her another larger size. For the price you're paying, it's a great value. Leather seems top notch in quality and the ability to customize and personalize the item is awesome. I was highly pleased, and I sent in very basic measurements. Even so, the fit came out amazing and feels like it was made just for me. The sleeves are a tad short, but I prefer them that way, plus I didn't send my arm measurements so that's on me. Be sure to send in full measurements if you want an exact fit. That being said, with just a chest measurement and the basic sizing I got an incredible product that I'm sure will last me for years to come. Highly recommend this company and their work and will be ordering again from them in the future.

This jacket is amazing. I LOVE the style and the quality is incredible. I got the thinsulate, so it's super warm as well. The only issue is that it's too big. I added my own custom measurements, and I chose the "loose fit" but now I wish I'd have chosen "fitted" as the jacket is a bit big. But, on the bright side, I can wear sweaters comfortably underneath! I already ordered a second jacket and I'm trying to decided on a 3rd!

Great soft leather, great color, great look . The sleeves were a little tight. I did stretch them out and they fit okay. I receive complements on the jacket from strangers.

SIZING IS A LITTLE OFF - DESPITE MY MEASUREMENTS, IT IS A BIT SMALL.
