I was skeptical at first I got the Jim Morrison jacket it is really good quality. I was pleasantly surprised I had a custom measurement and it fits pretty close to exactly what you measure so if you want it a bit looser, be sure to give an extra few inches I really recommend if all the other jackets are as good as what they sent for the Jim Morrison one two thumbs up.

Ordered the black Jim Morrison Jacket w/ large brown lapels. Very responsive service by Leathercult staff. Based on carefully provided measurements, this is perfectly fitted. And the black/brown leather combo can be worn with literally any color scheme. It is light enough to be worn year round (over a turtleneck or sweater in cooler months). The styling is very reminiscent of the jacket worn by Morrison in 67-68 but not to the point of looking like a costume - rather, this is a very stylish and practical interpretation. The large lapels are quite amazing - like those of a double-breasted jacket, but on a single-breasted short car coat (and as big as those worn in photos of Deep Purple's original lineup in 68). More mod/freakbeat than biker. It's fantastic!

I always loved Jim Morrison's jacket and when I saw that I could actually buy one I thought it was too good to be true, especially one tailored to me. When it arrived though I was absolutely blown away. It exceeded all of my expectations beyond anything I could have imagined. The quality is amazing and I was very impressed with all the fine details such as the reinforced buttons and beautiful stitching. I received the Fallen Kingdom vest recently. The vest is exactly as described and arrived sooner than expected. The "D" rings were a welcome feature that I use for my sunglasses (upper) and the lower to attach my Blood Type marker. The pockets hold all the items I need (business cards, cell phone, personal first aid kit, 5x7" travel notebook and zero gravity pen, travel map, compact binoculars, etc.) whatever I need for the day. The six "bullet loops" I haven't found a use for yet; they are too big for any round I use. I'm going to see if they might be the right size illumination sticks. My friends like the vest and I tell them to shop LeatherCult before shopping elsewhere. Remember to order a size larger that you would normally wear.

This is my 2nd order and was delighted with the jacket and the service. The team contacted me to query a measurement I gave them before instructing it to be made. All dealt with quickly and no fuss. The first jacket I ordered in 2019 was the #602 in Spanish brown. If I get the chance, I will definitely order a third one.

I really like this jacket.I got it with thinsulate and a two-way zipper. I am 5'7" and got it with a 30.5" front length, which is longer than other jackets I have ordered from Leathercult. I did this because I did some research on traditional M-65 field jackets and determined that it should be a little longer for my height. It has an internal drawstring above the lower pockets that help frame it. Look at pictures of traditional M-65 field jackets on Google Images to get some ideas. Maybe give yourself a little additional room on the other measurements if you want to wear additional items under it. Also the collar comes together rather nicely to provide warmth and the cuffs expand with snaps to accommodate heavy gloves.

I'm very pleased with my new coat. The quality is great and the fit is perfect. The only snag is the zipper it gets stuck a bit. Regardless I still love the coat. I would order again.

The jacket is very light and comfortable. It is an eye catcher and draws many compliments. Only suggestions are the leather could be heavier and the buckles could be cast as opposed to stamped steel.

The jacket arrived exactly as pictured in the website. The leather buttery soft. I asked for extra length and ALL the measurements were exactly as requested. Very pleased with the jacket I received...Well Done!!!

It would have been wonderful it you had not sent the wrong colour that of charcoal grey. I will keep it though to give to a friend for Christmas : He will absolutely love it! So I would like to reorder it but please hoping to receive the right colour that of metallic lurex grey and could you make it a little slimmer please as I found it to be a little too broad like the old "kipper' ties of the 70's.

It is a very beautiful design immediately 'classy'. You made one for me in cherry red. The whole experience was truly great starting just with the the packaging itself. You also followed my instructions and made my shirt unlined. The only fault was that your idea of slim was for me a bit too baggy so I had to have it taken in further by a very good local tailor.
