I was skeptical at first I got the Jim Morrison jacket it is really good quality. I was pleasantly surprised I had a custom measurement and it fits pretty close to exactly what you measure so if you want it a bit looser, be sure to give an extra few inches I really recommend if all the other jackets are as good as what they sent for the Jim Morrison one two thumbs up.

Ordered the black Jim Morrison Jacket w/ large brown lapels. Very responsive service by Leathercult staff. Based on carefully provided measurements, this is perfectly fitted. And the black/brown leather combo can be worn with literally any color scheme. It is light enough to be worn year round (over a turtleneck or sweater in cooler months). The styling is very reminiscent of the jacket worn by Morrison in 67-68 but not to the point of looking like a costume - rather, this is a very stylish and practical interpretation. The large lapels are quite amazing - like those of a double-breasted jacket, but on a single-breasted short car coat (and as big as those worn in photos of Deep Purple's original lineup in 68). More mod/freakbeat than biker. It's fantastic!

I always loved Jim Morrison's jacket and when I saw that I could actually buy one I thought it was too good to be true, especially one tailored to me. When it arrived though I was absolutely blown away. It exceeded all of my expectations beyond anything I could have imagined. The quality is amazing and I was very impressed with all the fine details such as the reinforced buttons and beautiful stitching. Amazing fit! I ordered this jacket for my wife in light pink. It was done to her custom measurements. She would be a bit hard to fit. But, the jacket fits perfectly and it is a work of art. Thank you!

Leather quality was very good. Generally cutting and stitching was also good. However, the collar diameter is off. I was unable to button the collar around the neck. The jacket pattern was supposed to be able to do that.

To start, I love this jacket. I was worried as you do with sizing, but it is spot on. Order a hair big to wear stuff under. The jacket is made for everyday use, so there will be things that aren't 'movie perfect' but honestly, no one will notice but you and the die-hardest of fans. If you want the real deal you know where to go and you have to pay for that! This is higher quality than any cosplay coat by miles, but is more affordable than the original. If you want a really amazing jacket, great fit, lovely feel, and so comfortable to wear then this is it!

I think the jacket is beautiful, well made, warm, and just what I wanted. But I requested the size based on the measurement chart you provided and the jacket fits those measurements. Unfortunately, jackets are supposed to be an outer garment worn over one or two other layers of clothing. This jacket fits like a dress shirt. I can barely get the front to zip up and it is so tight as to be unwearable. If I decide to order again I will order one much larger. Too bad because I really love the jacket.

The quality was good and the prompt delivery with the custom order was great. The jacket was what I expected except for the shoulder details. The picture does not seem to show the added straps so I was not expecting them. The fit is good. Overall I was pleased. I will order from you again.

If you are looking for a standard, casual Moto jacket, this is the one to get. The color is great. Order and size it from your shoulders to your waist, and it will fit very well. This company does a great job on their jackets, working very well with people's customizations.

Pretty surprised how sweet it was. Def order a size larger - great job Leather Cult!

They over all product is wonderful , great work , I coined in for the thermal liner and the works for it getting a custom size that was double checked before creating. The leather however is not as pictured it is slightly lighter in colour and is not a top or full grain , but a soft fuzzy leather. I'm sure once I wax or treat it will line up with the image but it's an extra step I didn't think I would have to manage. Over all it's a perfect fit and the work is very well done.

Amazing cut really nicely made .Will be ordering some more in Yellow and Red ,I had this pair made in Bright Blue ,now just need to get a Hoodie to get what I want , I am sure over time they will wear well and keep me warm ..I am a 77 year old a Birthday present for myself lucky me .

these are jean/style #516 in a very deep blue. they are beautiful look & feel in person. they are lined, comfortable and move well. this is my second pair purchased from LeatherCult, different color this one. i love them both, thanks very much - excellent company, swift & responsive - big recommend.

I ordered my custom jacket by taking measurements following the picture instructions on the site. I chose a custom colour and specific lining. Before my order was made I received an email requesting confirmation of one of the measurements. We discovers that the tailor was correct and one measurement was wrong. We resubmitted the correct measurement. The jacket arrived and it is perfectly fitted. The quality of the work is high and I believe this to be an excellent value. My custom fitted jacket was the same price as an average leather at retail while not sacrificing any quality. I will order again and recommend this to others. I was sceptical but am very pleased to report my experience exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast too.
